Had great service from cashier and store manager. I was greeted and shown around the store, towards the items I was looking for, and made my transaction, cashing out go smoothly. I will be returning and hopefully get the same sales rep!

Shoe models are beautiful, but as a tourist you feel total contempt and indifference to the incredible buyer, if you can visit another store where they serve you best, look for it.

I never had a pair of timberland boots before because of the price. I called the store ask them if they have any sweat pants and sweat shirts, shorts someone said yes. I told them the size reply yes we do. Great I said. I will be there Jake reply okay. It took me 74 miles that's 6 hours and 10 minutes. To and from home. I got there gave my name. They where holding it for me. Jake said someone bought it. What!! how do I know your the person. he said if you are done you can leave. I healed my cool. so 6 hours and 10 minutes wasted. Jake you gave the timberland outlet a bad name. sorry store manager Jake gave your store a bad name. 👎👎
