Victor and Hallie, provided us with 5 star customer service, we drove far to get some boots that we could not order online they saved them for us, and were extremely patient and friendly, which goes along way with holiday shopping!

Great sale offer with buy 2nd accessory for 50% off. Bought a reversible leather belt for 50% off or only $25 as a gift which was a hit. They did not stock any wide timberland shoes which is a shame.

You are super! I bought the boots and jacket for work and they are incredible. The clothes you sell are very high quality, warm and reliable. They have withstood what other brands could not: temperature changes, extreme rainfall and humidity. The jacket is so warm that I didn’t need a special winter jacket, and it’s still very stylish. It's a true American quality!

I’m giving these guys 5 stars because they’ll cut you custom shoelaces for cheaper than you can get knock-offs on Amazon, whereas other mall retailers will laugh you out the door. Hopefully I’m not the only pet owner who cares about this.

Needed FR rated boots and tried calling them at the Bellevue Square location. I called at least 5 times throughout the day to see if they carried these boots so I didn’t have to drive down to check. They never picked up the phone. Are you guys open for business, Cmon!

Excellent store, they changed the shoes without any problems and gave a refund. I would like to note the very polite staff, Teresa and John are very knowledgeable employees. They were very polite and kind. Thank you!
