I ordered a coat.. it took so long to find this one. I had searched for like a full month online.. and it was a bit big. This store luckily had in stock and held it for me til later in the day. Yes I had to drive kinda far to get a smaller size, but not having to wait even longer for it was def worth the drive and they made the excjnrnnkr mi mm mi.

Great store and location, but horrible and I mean horrible customer service from the manager. Sometimes staff is not trained or is unexperienced and I understand. That's when the manager steps in. We tried to exchange a pair of boots we bought online, with receipt, and were told "no." That's it. No help or reasoning why it couldn't be done. Extremely disappointed as I've enjoyed shopping at the store for years.

Dean went above and beyond to help me secure a specific pair of hiking boots and he got me a pair shipped from New York being 1 of 4 pairs only available in the country! I am very happy with everything and how it all turned out!
