Usually shop here during the holiday season however I stay east of detroit which auburn hills is a nice distance from my home so I usually call ahead just to make sure they have stock before I make the long costly drive and there customer service via phone has been terrible which is unfair to me as a loyal frequent customer I called today and was just hung up on by someone by the name of Sharon or sharonda for no apparent reason I thought it may have been a mistake I tried calling back a few times to get no one and this is not the first time this has happened respectfully you guys are there to perform a service to Timberlands customers that you guys are not meeting customer service snd communication needs to be better here i will now shop via internet instead of at this establishment

Awesome service. Was in here on 2/16/24 and the gentleman that helped me out (Antoine was his name if I remember correctly) was exceptionally above and beyond. Checked numerous boots and sizes for me. Was extremely helpful in assisting me with the right pair of boots for my profession. Thank you so much.

I loved the boots here so much that I bought 3 pairs. The boots look very nice and they are waterproof and insulated. Patty the manager was very nice and helpful, and the other employees were great too. The prices and sales were even better than online. I was able to get $135 boots for $50 a piece. I'll use some for snow work and the others for personal use. They also have a Timberland boot recycle program that will give a discount on your next boot purchase. I highly recommend this place for surviving the rough michigan winters.
