Josh and Devyn made these 5 stars! On a road trip from South Florida and these 2 employees made our day. Josh gave us town facts and advise on what to do in the area. He was incredibly knowledgeable on the products I asked for. Devyn was all smiles and warm.

I went there to buy a pair of boots for my son and there was a sign at the door 10% off if you become member. Also my friend told me that she bought from clearance and became a member and got an extra 10% off. Anyway i went to the register and asked the associate for becoming a member. He didn’t even offer me for a membership. I worked as a manager at the retail stores and if there is a rule it applies to everyone and as a sales person you have to offer to the customers at the register if they want to become a member. To cut it short, he ignored me which was very frustrating and improper. Before that experience, i went there for price shopping and buying gifts, the associates were talking among themselves with high volume, and not even offering any help or welcoming. I have been a resident of this area for over a decade, i have never seen this kind of customer service by now. I feel sorry!👎

Clean store with friendly staff and a great selection of shoes, however, almost every pair liked by my husband wasn’t available in his size (10.5). Probably won’t go back to that location any time soon.
