No matter how the place is made to look good, prices very affordable, there is always this one employee that will try their best to be a POS and can ruin a customers shopping experience. That old lady is too old and grumpy she shouldn't be working on a clothes shop.

Great customer service is great when you find it but even better when you connect with someone. That's what I found with Deb Jelley. I walked out with not one but two pairs. You're super and your energy is great. Never let anyone tell you that you're too much because your are plenty. You're very welcoming and that means the world to me.
