I ordered 2 pair of boots and had them delivered there. I picked them up. The only problem is finding their location.

I received Timberland boots for Christmas from a family member and soon after wore them to work. They have already started falling apart badly and hurting my feet. I contacted customer service and explained they were a gift and I didn't want to upset the family member who purchased them for me. They told me there's nothing they would do. I've personally purchased Timberland boots for several decades now and never experienced a problem like this before. It seems they have done something to compromise the quality of their products, they know this hence the reason why they refuse to replace them because that's all I wanted from them since I was a loyal customer for so long. I will never buy their products ever again and I strongly suggest you avoid them also. I just received the Wolverines I purchased and I absolutely love them. The Timberlands are in the trash and I refuse to upset the family member who got them for me by asking for the receipt to try and return them only to receive another pair of horribly made boots.

We were about to buy a new pair of Tims for my husband. The sales lady was nice enough to tell us that we could have brought back my husband's old 30 year old Timberland boots to get 20% off. We will do this. We can afford the boots full price, but we cheap. 😆. Just cuz we are retired young, we still love great bargains.

I want into the store today to get a pair of boots for my daughter and son. But the customer service from the girl Dajah was like no other helped with everything. I will be back to see her in another month

I went shopping here the other day. I had a great experience with Dejah (spelling?) She greeted me as soon as I walked in and that typically never happened when I’ve come to the store before- because of her I will be back! She answered all of my questions and was helpful.
