The Timberland Smithfield Store is located in the Carolina Premium Outlets, suite 920, in Smithfield, NC. Our store is next to Rack Room Shoes and Dairy Queen/mall information center. The mall is located on Outlet Center Drive, within 1 mile of both I-95 and Route 70. There are many restaurants and hotels along Outlet Center Drive, with downtown Smithfield just a few miles north, home of the Ava Gardner Museum.

Great experience Jose the manager was really great in helping me exchange some gifts that did not fit for some new picks that fit perfect. Was very accommodating and great staff overall . This shop was a great experience overall thank you 😊 Great boots 🥾 to add to my rotation 💯

Being an avid timberland shoe buyer I think I'm getting a good buy, by purchasing 1 pair and half off the second pair, when I look at my receipt the return price is less than the sale purchase price, a total scam , I currently own about 15 pairs of tims ,disappointed

Very chilled friendly and professional staff my only disappointment was they didn’t have the online exclusive stuff however everything here is more than 60%cheaper than retail or footlocker stores

I bought two pairs of shoes from this store. Wore them each for one day and found them to be uncomfortable. The store would not accept returns because they had been worn outside. Contrast this with the return policy of REI. I wore a pair of shoes for almost a year and return them for full price. was able to turn around and buy another great pair of shoes from this seller. I will not be shopping at the Timberland outlet anymore. Return policy is unacceptable.
