Arichela and Francesca the manager (as well as the rest of the staff) at Timberland are extremely professional, and you can tell from other reviews that a lot of people share this sentiment. We went on a Sunday afternoon and were part of a huge rush of customers, and somehow it seems every customer got the attention and help that they needed. I left with a comfortable pair of Timbs after trying three sizes (sorry, Arichela!) and they even relaced my boots because I needed longer laces. Can’t commend the staff here enough for how hard they work! Thanks again guys!

Great Company Store. They have lot's of staff in this very busy store. The people that work their are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They recently moved locations and this store is very similar to the old one that was just down the block. But now they have this Timberland like Guiness Bar. They will customize your purchase of anything Timberland for free !!! Very Very cool. I was told they can also clean up or revive your old Timberland boots, also without a charge, but I'll give that a try next time I'm in the area. Definitely, worth the effort in going to this location. Their stock is fantastic. You get to touch, feel, try on things you only see online. I believe they accept returns for online orders. Again this is a Company Store not an Timberland Outlet Store. I went to a Outlet Store and was really disappointed with the merchandise, stick to the Original Timberland it's worth the additional expense. Overall I will certainly return to this location again. Mainly because of the service and there stock.

2024-01-29 00:45:12-06First, if you didn’t know they clean your butters for free here. Second, the guy who does it is a gentleman and should def be tipped better than I tipped him today. Been wearing these boots since I was a 16 and am now 41. Why would I wear a different boot?
