I stopped by during Black Friday weekend to look for warm boots. The store had a decent selection, and while some staff members were not that friendly and somewhat helpful, others seemed less approachable and distant. It felt a bit awkward asking questions about the products, which was a little disappointing. That said, I might visit again to check out their collection, but disappointed in the customer service and my experience
