Absolutely horrible service in the store. The first time I went they were closing before the posted time for inventory, okay. The second time I asked to have boots brought out to me and the person did not come back, okay. The third and last time I asked the manager of the store for help and to mention my experience in his store. He showed no interest and asked someone else to find a boot for me. This location is a Factory Outlet, the merchandise I saw was not the same quality as a regular Timberland store. In fact they have one tiny sign in the store that states items in this store are made especially for the outlet store. From what I experienced, with the boots, we B goods. The leather on all the sides were noticeably off in color. The price difference was not that great between the stores and online from The Outlet Store. Save a trip and stick with better services and merchandise at Timberland stores not this Outlet Store.
