The Tannersville Timberland store is located in The Pocono Premium Outlets, right off of exit 299 on Route 80 in Tannersville PA. The store is also accessible via Route 611, located between Great Wolf Lodge and Weis Market Plaza. We are located on the second level, above Finish Line.

I spoke w a rep from the store named Mike he told me to hold on and hung up, i called back 4 times and they repeatedly picked up and hung up..Very poor customer service this act deterred me from shopping there

Store manager would not accept a return on an oversized item despite me having online invoice and the tags. Very disappointing experience considering it had been my first Timberland purchase and I had looked forward to exploring the brand. With the sour taste of that experience, I will never shop Timberland anymore. The online customer service was at least reasonable and friendly, unlike the store manager.
