Went to Timberland in Garden State with my son who wanted to treat himself with new boots. We were greeted and assisted by a nice young man, Geo who was very informative, patient, helpful and the most professional sales rep met during this holiday season! Jon was also very kind and a pleasure. Thanks guys! Recommend them to everyone.

Made an online purchase for a shoe that was $138.60 and with tax came out to be $150.90. Took it back to the store for a refund and was told that I would only be getting $138.00 back because I bought the shoe online and was not eligible for the full refund. When I asked the store associate why, he responded they only give full refunds back for mail in refunds. Not even sure if that is legal.

High price = high quality, Thats all what can I see, Clothes, wallets and specially the Shoes, My son has flat foot and the only place help me with a good Shoes to support his feet, Awesome service, Free parking available, Highly recommended.Don't forget to follow my account that you can discover new places and restaurants with me.
