I wish I was writing the best review, because I was so excited about the cleaning service that the store offer I left my boots to get them clean, couldn’t pick them up end of day so I went next day and planned to be there when they open (10am) I got there 2 minutes earlier the guy who works there saw me and said 2 minutes which I totally understood as I was there too early. At 10:05 one of his colleagues arrived and still told me 2 seconds. 10’min later I had to call twice to ask them to give me the boots as I needed to go, now I was late to a meeting. They opened 10:17 and the guy who knew I was waiting for almost 20 min didn’t even say I’m sorry.

Imvi (apologies if I misspelled your name) was absolutely amazing! She helped me find the perfect pair of Timbs, gave me great advice, and even took the time to wax them so they looked extra fresh. Her energy was incredible, and she brought that true New York vibe to the Timberland store. I really appreciate the enthusiasm and top-tier customer service—hands down. Awesome experience overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It feels weird to be a POC being assisted at this location by other POC who were very short with me and looked the other way as soon as I walked in the door. Despite walking in with the intent of purchasing a pair of shoes I’ve been eyeing after reading mixed reviews online about sizing. At first I thought it was in my head but this is the 2nd experience I’ve had at this location and I’m reading other reviews with similar sentiment. The vibe was very “make sure someone is guarding the door“ between the sales assoc and the manager, since it was close to closing time and myself and another gentleman (also POC) were trying on shoes. You’re just working in SoHo, calm down. Every customer deserves your attention and at the very least a warm greeting. I hope my purchase helped make your sales plan for the day!

I went to buy the classic shoe but one of the staff member was a bit rude to me despite being extremely helpful to other customers. I was really uncomfortable with the experience.
