The atore manager Alexa, was GREAT! She assisted in getting the boots that I've been trying to get for weeks, and shipped them to a store near me in Florida.

Love this brand! Had a pick up twice and everybody were super nice there. Timberland chose a great path towards various designs, shout out to there shoe designers. Got tall high heel boots, sandals and sneakers at the same time. Love them!
