If you’re a person of color, don’t shop at this location. There are people of color who work here but it’s evident that if someone who is POC walks in, they will not get the same attention as “anyone” else. I called over the phone looking for a specific colorway, even read off the SKU TB12730R242 from the website to the rep and they said “yeah yeah we have a bunch” and rushed off of the phone. I drove from the Bronx to Soho in traffic and struggled looking for parking only for 1. There to be none in stock of what I was looking for 2. No accountability, they walked me to the section where other similar boots were and just left me alone. I wish I could leave 0 stars. What a wreck.

This location knowingly sells defective/worn products. I went in to buy a pair of boots in my size, and upon checkout they appeared to swap the boxes in the back for a shoe that had already been worn or was defective. How do I know this? These employees wrote “final sale” on the top of the receipt and refused to take the product back when I addressed these concerns. Shady. Told me to “fill out a warranty form”… so you mean to tell me you knew the product was defective and you still sold it to a customer, thereby making it their problem? Will be forwarding the store # and salesperson ID # to Timberland corporate and pursuing this to the nth degree.
